Early Years Program – Arviat

This program is for parents and caregivers who have new babies aged 0-2. Regular home visits are made by an Early Years visitor to provide individual support right in the home. Participants will also be involved in group gatherings with others enrolled in the program. We honour Inuit parents as their children’s first and best teachers.

The program weaves together Indigenous-led community innovation and trailblazing scientific evidence around early childhood development.

Each visitor is responsible for 15 families.
