YESS (Cohort 3)

This is a youth career development program aimed at empowering youth to join the workforce.

This is a 6 week program: 4-weeks skill development training, followed by a 2-week work experience with participating employers in Iqaluit. The focus will be on strengthening career, personal and cultural skills.

25 to 30 hours per week and participants will be paid an hourly wage throughout the program.
