Ikajurniq School Sewing Group

Ilitaqsiniq is pleased to announce an after-school sewing program at School for students in Grades 9-12, taking place on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays. Participants will gain hands-on experience working alongside local seamstresses to create garments for the community and their families.

Ikajurniq is funded in part by Canada Service Corps, a national movement that empowers youth aged 12-30 to gain experience and build important skills while giving back to their community.
