Leading in Our Way: A Women’s Leadership Series is being designed as a restorative and empowering space for women to explore their leadership potential through cultural teachings, community connection, and personal reflection. Rooted in Inuit knowledge and lived experience, this gathering will blend traditional wisdom with practical skills to support and uplift the next generation of strong, confident women leaders.
