YESS Program – Iqaluit

The YESS program is a Youth Career & Skill Development program aimed at empowering youth aged 15-30, to join the workforce in Iqaluit. This is a 7-week program: 5-weeks skill development training, followed by a 2-week work experience with participating employers. Participants to attend for 25 to 30 hours per week and will be paid an hourly wage throughout the program.
